KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

  • Adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures

  • Create a unique, personal experience for each customer you encounter

  • Set up a hygiene bar with all the appropriate items needed

  • Cleans bar area, bar equipment and bar stock

  • Properly records all spoilage, breakage, or spillage

  • Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies

  • Receive drink orders from customers or servers

  • Mix and serve drinks responsively following standard recipes (or special orders upon request) with standardized proportions

  • Pull and set up wine and champagne service for servers as requested


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Minimum of a year bartending experience in a high-volume bar

  • Previous experience using a computerized POS system

  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift

  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • Knowledge of extensive food and beverage options

  • Enthusiasm in alcohol and non-alcohol drinks mixing

  • Attention to detail

  • Garnish with a great attitude that brings guests back

  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
