KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
Create a unique, personal experience for each customer you encounter
Set up a hygiene bar with all the appropriate items needed
Cleans bar area, bar equipment and bar stock
Properly records all spoilage, breakage, or spillage
Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
Receive drink orders from customers or servers
Mix and serve drinks responsively following standard recipes (or special orders upon request) with standardized proportions
Pull and set up wine and champagne service for servers as requested
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum of a year bartending experience in a high-volume bar
Previous experience using a computerized POS system
Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift
Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
Knowledge of extensive food and beverage options
Enthusiasm in alcohol and non-alcohol drinks mixing
Attention to detail
Garnish with a great attitude that brings guests back
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
