KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer telephone calls in a prompt and respond to inquiries with professionalism

  • Greet as soon as patrons walk-in with a welcoming manner

  • Seat patrons in waiting areas when lounge is in busy, then provide them with menus

  • Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that receiving an appropriate number of seatings

  • Receive and delivery orders to patrons

  • Have a general knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend upon request in order to upsell products

  • Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference

  • Team player and assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, assisting with guests and ensuring that every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed

  • Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages

  • Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift, including set up/break down and continual maintenance of front entrance area

  • Maintain continuous restroom checks

  • Notify the manager of any quotes such as special guest needs or requests, large party execution needs and guest complaints, no matter how small it may seem

  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards

  • Committed to safe food & beverage handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during the shift


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Minimum of a year experience in a high-volume restaurant/ bar

  • Previous experience using a computerized POS system

  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift

  • Ability to lift stock up to 25-50 pounds occasionally

  • Knowledge of extensive food and beverage options

  • Enthusiasm in alcohol and non-alcohol drinks mixing

  • Attention to detail

  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
