IDEAL CANDIDATE
CIR Lounge is seeking an honest, genuine, motivated, and dedicated General Manager with a strong interest in fine customer service, food, and beverage. Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and attention to detail are among the most important attributes of success. At Cir Lounge, we are committed to delivering a safe environment to our team members and guests.
The General Manager provides overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Will be required to work within the budget to complete tasks listed below. Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Manager:
Understand and execute completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety.
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
Recruit, develop, motivate and train the team.
Make employment and termination decisions consistent with General Manager guidelines for approvals or review.
Proficient with regards to P&L, budgets and inventory to create training manuals and help set operating goals and objectives.
Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies.
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations

REQUIREMENTS
General Manager:
Manager SERV safe mandatory
Minimum of 03 plus years of previous food and beverage service supervisory experience, in high-volume or fine dining restaurant is preferred
Strong communication skills, leadership, and advanced knowledge of food and beverage
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule with long periods of time of standing
Stable work experience with history of progression
Reliable transportation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Competitive base salary ($80 - 100K per year)
Full Health Benefits coverage for full time employees
